Welcome to Physical Education!
 

The purpose of this class, is for students to develop the skills necessary to measure their own fitness and physical activity. Students will be asked to maintain regular participation in physical fitness activities and analyze and evaluate their level of involvement each activity. It is my goal, that they will want to continue to stay physically fit once they are done with this class. In order to achieve this, students will participate in 3 fitness activities a week, accompanied by 2 game days.
