About the Counselors

The mission of the Sanger High School Counseling Program is to empower each student to embrace their unique potential by fostering academic success, post-secondary preparation and personal/social development while partnering with families and the community to provide a safe and meaningful environment for students.

The SHS School Counseling Program consists of individual planning, responsive services, and guidance curriculum as mandated by TEA. The school counselors seek to support students within the school setting and provide resources for others to support them both in and out of the classroom.
