Starting Monday, 3/23, our assignments in World Geography will be online and must be completed and turned in on Canvas. We have used Canvas in my class over the course of the year so this shouldn't be anything new, and I will try to thoroughly explain the assignments for you on Canvas so there is no confusion. I will hold online "office hours" where I'm available to help students and parents via email every day from 9-11am and 2-3pm. You can reach me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I will update this page every week to show what the following weeks assignments will be. You can also see which assignments are to be done on a specific date and the title of the assignments on the "Calendar" tab of my webpage.
The week of 5/11 online assignments will be done through Canvas and other internet sources. This week there will be an online google slides project over Japan. The assignment is located on my Canvas Home page, if you scroll all the way down to the bottom under the "Unit 7: Southeast Asia" module. From there, there is a tab titled, "Individual Japan Project Guidelines 5/11." That is where the guidelines to the project can be found. Below that, there is another tab titled, "Japan Project Submission (Instructions)." That is where students can find where to submit their project and instructions on how to do so. This is not a group project.
The paper portion of our Southeast Asia assignments for weeks 5/4 and 5/11 are below. Please continue to share your assignments with me. The due date for this group is Friday, May 15th. Please make sure to subscribe to my webpage and Remind 101 class to stay up to date.
